When I began my journey, I noticed many traditional approaches to breastfeeding and baby care often left parents feeling overwhelmed and unsupported.

So, I drew from my extensive experience in neonatal care, lactation consultation, and holistic parenting approaches to create a new method—one that emphasizes mindfulness, compassion, and practical support for both parents and babies.
